At Super Private Staff, our bespoke recruitment process begins with a discreet and comprehensive initial consultation. This tailored meeting allows us to understand your unique requirements, lifestyle, and expectations. Our dedicated consultants listen attentively to ensure every detail is captured, enabling us to source exceptional candidates who seamlessly align with your household needs. The Search
Following the initial consultation, Super Private Staff embarks on a meticulous and targeted search to identify candidates of the highest caliber. Leveraging our extensive network and discreet sourcing methods, we carefully select individuals who not only possess the requisite skills but also embody the sophistication and discretion you expect. This bespoke search process ensures that only the most exceptional candidates, perfectly suited to your unique requirements, are presented for your consideration.
Candidate Presentation
We present you with a curated selection of 2-5 exceptional candidates for each role, each meticulously vetted and interviewed by our team to ensure they meet your specific requirements. It can take 1-2 weeks before this happens! Our discreet presentation process highlights each candidate’s qualifications, experience, and unique attributes, ensuring alignment with your lifestyle and expectations. With our expert guidance, you can confidently review this exclusive shortlist, assured that every individual reflects our commitment to unparalleled quality and compatibility.
Interviews
Then, we move look to facilitate seamless and discreet interviews, arranging private meetings between you and our carefully selected candidates; or at least the candidates you want to interview. Each interview is tailored to your preferences, allowing you to assess the candidates’ suitability and compatibility with your unique needs. Our dedicated consultants provide expert support throughout, ensuring a refined and confidential process that upholds the highest standards of professionalism, making your selection effortless and precise. If, for any reason, you don't want to select from the pool of candidates we offer. We will revert back to 'the search'.
Selection
After interviews, you can choose the ideal candidate from our curated shortlist, offering insights to align with your preferences and requirements. We offer discreet, personalied support throughout which ensures the chosen individual perfectly complements your lifestyle or professional needs, delivering a seamless transition to the next phase with unmatched precision and care.
Drafting Contracts (Optional)
At Super Private Staff, our contract drafting stage ensures a seamless and secure engagement. We meticulously prepare bespoke contracts tailored to your specific requirements, outlining terms with clarity and precision. Conducted with the utmost confidentiality, this process safeguards your interests while formalising the employment of your chosen candidate, reflecting our commitment to excellence and discretion. If you have your own legal representitive then you may wish to use them instead. This stage is optional and upon your instruction.
Super Staffing begins
At Super Private Staff, once your selected candidate begins their role, our recruitment process concludes with the exceptional results you expected. Our fee, a transparent 15% of the candidate’s annual salary (inclusive of VAT), is due only upon successful placement, ensuring no fees are incurred without a perfect match. We are a company based out of London, but our fees (inclusive of VAT) represent our commitment to fairness to all. You can have complete confidence in our service.
